The Banks is a medium brim, 100% wool felt fedora featuring a genuine leather band and a satin scarf.

If you have received your hat and are not happy with it or maybe it doesn't fit you or your style, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Note though that all our hats are shipped from Indonesia and we will need to receive it back to this destination. 

If you would like to return your order, please reach out to us and we will give you detailed instructions on where to send it. Once we received your return order in the same condition, we will refund you immideately and inform you of this refund. It will take 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. 

We will ship our products within 3 days.
